The parties discussed Georgia’s investment potential and existing business environment in the country, and Ocean Capital’s ongoing projects in Georgia and future cooperation perspectives. The foreign investors showed involvement in Georgia’s investment opportunities.
Ocean Capital has now invested 15 million USD in Georgia’s real estate property sector and promises to expand investment portfolio within real estate along with and transport sectors.
The government meeting seemed to be attended by Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Giorgi Gakharia.
